Our disease outbreak system uses geospatial clustering (25km radius) with a minimum threshold of 10 affected users and 0.65 fuzzy matching similarity. Premium users receive real-time push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging when outbreaks are detected within 50km of their location.
